The latest Christchurch Quake has been one of New Zealand's worst ever events. As a nation, we will mourn the loss of life, property and the historic cultural landmarks of Christchurch.
It is early days but the civil, military, police and charity donations are pouring in resources to assist the human toll of this disaster. When DISASTER STRIKES and the world mobilises to help out the people, the animals are all too often left out in the cold to fend for themselves.
Paw Justice, an Auckland based charity has organised a Pet-Food Bank to donate essential supplies to the many effected animal shelters in Christchurch. Please help us by donating a tin, a bag or a box of pet at one of our two Auckland drop off points (see below for locations).
